Private Investigator
 Richard has been a Private Investigator (PI008644) since 1982. In this time he has specialized in Criminal Defense; investigating over 50 capital cases and in excess of 3000 criminal cases. Mr. Lonford has been qualified as an expert for court testimony in Crime Scene Reconstruction, Investigation Procedure and Interview and Interrogation Techniques. Prior to his time as a Private Investigator, he was a sworn officer with the San Bernardino police Department for 10 years. During that time he conducted criminal investigations in the narcotic, fraud andhomicide units.
